Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host “T-SPL Talks: Digital Empowerment for Parents” on Tuesday, January 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Parents will learn about current trends and online risks associated with children being on the internet, as well as ways to empower children to make safe and healthy choices online.

This is the first event in a new discussion series called “T-SPL Talks.”

Tiffin-Seneca Public Library’s “Experience Virtual Reality at Your Library”

“Experience Virtual Reality at Your Library” at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library on Wednesday, January 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Library staff will demonstrate the Library’s new virtual reality headsets, and attendees will use the headsets to explore other time periods and places around the world.

The new virtual reality kit was purchased through grants from the Tiffin Community Foundation Youth Advisory Council and the B.A. Seitz Foundation. The headsets will be used for Library programs and loaned to teachers for classroom use.

Free and open to all ages. Registration not required.
