NOTICE OF HEARING 

Subject: Variance Request

This notification is sent to all property owners within a 200’ radius of the subject property.

Whereas, Tony Klima, representing James Klima, has requested a variance to reduce a front  yard setback from 25’ to 10.5’ to construct a garage to be located at 33 Chestnut Street, Tiffin,  OH 44883. 

Therefore, the Board has set September 26, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall, 51 East Market  Street as the time and place for a public hearing of the said matter.
