First National Bank of Sycamore is once again kicking off their community project appropriately named: Christmas Cheer. In the spirit of Christmas, they are collecting monetary
donations at each of their full-service locations in Sycamore, McCutchenville, and New Riegel,
along with their own monetary contributions that in turn will be used to purchase much needed
and appreciated items for residents in area nursing homes.
Items to be purchased will be gifts, toiletries, art supplies and other essential items.
Last year nearly 300 area nursing home residents were provided these items as well as personal
visits from bank employees.
Monetary donations can be made through December 15 and items will be hand
delivered by bank employees before Christmas. President, Dean Keller says: “It is the goal to
make sure each resident has a present during this Christmas season.”
If you would like to make a monetary donation or have any questions, please call at 419-927-6392.
First National Bank of Sycamore is a locally owned, independent community bank
serving the area since 1919.
